Challenges seem to be a great way to explore a new idea or concept in a ‘time friendly way’. They are long enough to establish a habit, but short enough to stick to it even if you don’t want to carry on later. They are long enough, too, to find out if it’s right for you or not. And hey, I love a challenge!! 🙂
