It’s been a quiet week from me, but here’s everything I had to share this week, plus my workouts.




  • Monday: Run 2.77km; Balance
  • Tuesday: Balance training
  • Wednesday: Balance training and Balance Launch
  • Thursday: Lunchtime walk 1.51km
  • Friday: Run 3.1km
  • Saturday: Kayak and Windsurf 3.38km
  • Sunday: Run 2.91km

I was supposed to do some Balance training this weekend, but it was over 40C all weekend, and I just didn’t want to move. Probably a bad idea. Best I look at it first thing Monday morning…
