If you are what you eat…

Then I’d be bread and melted cheese.

Tasty but boring, and not terribly nutritious.

But I am working on changing that.

I am struggling with the serious reduction in carbs, but am enjoying the flavours of salad for lunch.

Man oh man! I may never get over my carb addiction though! Today I ended up scrounging around for carbs… 4 jelly babies, a couple of lolly pineapples, and finally a few potato chips before I finally felt subdued.

Oh and some ravioli for dinner.

With cheese…

But no bread!! 🙂
