Do you get cold too?

After a workout I am always FREEZING.

Pretty much as soon as my breathing and heart rate return to normal, my body starts to cool off. And quickly, it seems! If I don’t have a shower and change into dry clothes within about 15 minutes of ending a workout I’ll feel chilled for ages afterwards, even on a warm day. Usually I can get to a shower right away, but on those occassions where you get called away after class or something like that, I find that even a warm jacket doesn’t always keep me warm enough to feel comfortable.

Just curious if this is true of anyone else out there?
